Having fought my way safely back to Birmingham, Tosca clarinet safe (and now
insured - hurrah!), I thought I'd write to say thank you for your help and

The clarinet was a huge investment for me and it was really reassuring to

stock' bit has gone from the Tosca bit - it's beginning to sink in that I
actually own it!!!!!!

Brilliant service and advice on both my yamaha trumpet purchase and my partner's buffet sax.

We both adore our instruments and they suit us both perfectly.

Both "brass" johns have been great, you can tell the people in this establishment are not just out for the sale, they love what they do and are musicians themselves.

The level of customer service received from the Music Cellar was second to none. I dealt with a staff member named John North purely by email and he was very helpful in answering my questions and then keeping me informed about the necessary details regarding my instrument purchase.

We have become quite regulars of your shop because initially of our Eldest son with his singing books etc. Then our other two children who play/learning to play keyboard and guitar.

Earlier this year I decided to make the move which I have been dreaming of for the past few years...purchasing my Bass Trombone.

I have tried different makes, custom instruments and cheaper instruments. John B suggested I try a Yamaha, not as expensive as the custom, better than the cheap. I was setup with an instrument, and given some time to try out the instrument in the store. Let me tell you, his advice was right! The instrument he suggested was perfect!

So what I am saying is that the Music Cellar offers free and friendly advice which can help you make those big decisions, and the advice they offer is the best advice you can get.

Another reason why I recommend The Music Cellar is their prices. I shopped around for days to find a retailer that can even compete with the Music Cellars' prices. I didn't succeed. There is no one else who offers such fantastic prices that even come near to those at The Music Cellar. They offer the best deals around!

The staff are great, really nice guys, and the buying process of my instrument was quick and painless. Really efficient those guys are!

If you are after anything musical, try The Music Cellar, you will NOT be sorry!!!

I was advised by my teacher, Peter Hamberg, to take my trombone to Music Cellar to have a kink removed from the slide. I telephoned first and received a warm response and an assurance that the instrument could be repaired by the following Friday if brought in on a Monday. This I did and the work was done in time as promised. First Class service throughout.

As I spend much of my week in Lancaster it is good to know that the Music Cellar is near by!

Yarm School

Dear Derek

I can not thank you enough for the hard work and effort you have given in order to supply Yarm School with a first rate 'professional' piano. To be honest, one particular reason for leaving the job in your hands was the friendly manner in which you took care of us over the telephone and thorough advice, for too many of other firms were rather 'pushy'.

Apart from the very short wait for the new instrument, it arrived with two extremely personable and experienced delivery men, who helped us a great deal by being able to 'simply' move another grand piano to another department after lifting the new instrument onto the stage.

The students are already 'playing the piano in' and both the quality of its tone, its build, and looks are inspirational to every pianist and musician here.

We look forward to doing more business with you and 'The Music Cellar' in future.
