Returns and Warranty

Even with the best will in the world some instruments may develop faults once you have received them. We endeavour to sort out all warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All new instruments and some accessories carry a guarantee of at least 12-months. Most of our Woodwind and Brass come with our famous Lifetime Warranty

The guarantee includes all manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, unusual factors or wear and tear. The guarantee is also invalidated if the instrument has been taken to another repairer without our prior permission.

Warranty Claims Procedure

All our instruments our checked and played before delivery to ensuring we do everything possible to have the instrument perfect when it arrives with you. – However should you discover a problem with your purchase contact us and we will get any problems solved with minimal fuss.

Non-Warranty Procedure

Although most of our woodwind and brass products come with our comprehensive warranty, other Non Warranty Issues can arise

Non-Warranty Issues Include:

  • Accidental Damage
  • Cosmetic Damage
  • General ‘Wear and Tear’
  • Stuck Valves & Slides
  • Regulation issues

Returning Goods Ordered in Error/ No Longer Required

Goods ordered in error or no longer required can be returned for a credit/ refund within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following criteria:

  • The goods must be in perfect working order and in the condition which they were originally supplied
  • The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
  • The buyer will pay all delivery charges involved including delivering and returning the product
  • This does not apply to items bought in person in the shop
